Candidate-reported interview process

The first two rounds both covered behavioral and technical questions. The first round was with an Analyst and the second with an Associate.

The hiring process involved a couple of initial screen tests, one focusing on technical skills and another on cognitive abilities. After that, there was a 30-minute call with the CFO, and the final stage was an interview with the CEO. The whole thing moved pretty fast, taking only about two weeks from the initial screenings to getting the offer.

First there is an HR screener and a couple online test assessments before moving forward. Once turning in the assessments, you move forward in the process, eventually getting to a super day.
