The first two rounds both covered behavioral and technical questions. The first round was with an Analyst and the second with an Associate.
First there were online tests and then a quick chat with HR. After that, I spoke with some of the senior team members. Then came the assessment center, also called a Superday. It was tough but fair, and I had to be ready for both technical and personality questions.
The Superday was mostly behavioral and some technical questions. They gave all candidates an offer sheet upfront to prevent negotiation. It was $80k base + $20k bonus. The CEO tried to intimidate me by grading me on a rubric during the interview. The whole vibe felt like a sweatshop culture.
