Candidate-reported interview process

First there is an HR screener and a couple online test assessments before moving forward. Once turning in the assessments, you move forward in the process, eventually getting to a super day.

Standard finance interview process. Covered DCF, financial statements, and concepts like $10 of depreciation. The interview was very structured. I felt the interviewers focused strictly on technical skills and resume points, not really getting to know me beyond that.

Applied online and had some trouble scheduling with the analysts via HR. The first interview was mostly fit questions. The second interview focused on DCF and valuation questions. It's a smaller firm, so generally easy to get in touch with. Didn't get the job, but it was good prep for other firms.
