It starts with a cognitive and technical exam. If you pass that, you'll have 2-3 analyst/associate interviews. If those go well, you'll have a final technical test and a final round interview with the CEO/CFO.
The interview was held over Zoom due to COVID. The analyst I spoke with seemed uninterested, stressed, and irritated. They were brief and clearly overworked.
We did phone interviews and then a super day. The phone interviews were with different people at the firm. The super day gave us more access to people. Mostly fit questions, but a few basic investment banking questions too. It was a pretty standard process.
