Candidate-reported interview process

Had a good interview, the interviewer was super nice and professional. The questions they asked were interesting and made me think, and we had a really good chat. Didn't end up getting an offer though, but the whole thing was still a great experience and handled really well.

Had a phone screen where they asked general things like pay rate, work schedule, and visa status. They scheduled me for the next round. I really hope this goes well since I like this ad company.

I met with about 5 people in person. It was very conversational. There was one round with the recruiter, and then one round at the office. There weren't many difficult, technical questions. It felt more informational and casual.
