Had a phone screen where they asked general things like pay rate, work schedule, and visa status. They scheduled me for the next round. I really hope this goes well since I like this ad company.

First, there was a take-home test related to the job's subject matter. Then, there were several interviews with people from the tech, product, business, and executive teams. The tech interview involved a few questions and scenarios about the subject matter.

I first talked to the recruiter, and a few days later, one of the hiring managers wanted to interview me. They're apparently hiring a lot of engineers and have many open roles. My interview with the hiring manager went well, I thought, but then I never heard back. No courtesy email about not moving forward, just ghosted. Not even a tech screen. I sent two follow-up emails about updates within two weeks and still no response. You'd think after a second round, you'd at least get an email about your status, even if it's a no. If you interview with them, don't count on hearing back if they don't pick you, so keep applying elsewhere.
