Candidate-reported interview process

I was asked for a screening call. Sent over all the info, but had to chase them 3 times for a response. Eventually got a meeting invite for the screen. The recruiter didn't even show up to their own meeting. Total waste of my time, thanks.

I had a recruiter call first, then talked to the hiring manager, and then had some onsite meetings with the team and senior leadership. They really focused on product sense and problem-solving, but threw in some behavioral stuff too.

The recruiter contacted me after I applied and set up a call. But during the scheduled interview time, she emailed me about technical challenges and asked for new times. I sent my availability, but heard nothing back, even after a follow-up email. Then she contacted me on LinkedIn, and we talked. She mentioned a first round with the hiring manager, but that also didn't happen. I emailed again, and eventually got a rejection email. It felt like a waste of time and very disrespectful.
