Candidate-reported interview process

Had an initial call with HR, then one call with a Director on the Publishing side. Followed by 2 calls with a Director on the advertising side, then an interview with the VP, and a final call with HR. All interviews were easy and I didn't find any technical questions challenging. No assignments were given. I initially thought the role was too junior based on the JD's experience requirements, but then they offered the AM role with the possibility of a SR AM title change in six months. The job is 100% in person, though it sounds like there's some flexibility for remote days, with an extra bonus incentive for being in the office 5 days a week.

First I talked to HR, then the Sales Director. After that, I interviewed with the President and VP of Sales. They had me do a presentation pitching the adMarketplace solution to a made-up prospect. I also had to pitch my old company’s services to them.

the process was thorough, quick, and excellent all around
