I applied via LinkedIn about a month ago and the recruiter reached out directly. We scheduled a phone screen, which was professional and conversational. The recruiter laid out the next steps: a cognitive and behavioral assessment, followed by interviews. I was concerned about the timed cognitive test, wondering how it might unfairly impact older workers or those with disabilities, especially since there was no mention of accommodations. You couldn't even see your results after finishing. I guess I didn't do well on it because I haven't heard back.
It was a professional and structured interview, really digging into Acumatica implementation experience, problem solving, how you talk to clients, understanding the whole project lifecycle, real scenarios, working with a team, being adaptable, and having that consultant mindset. They also checked technical depth expectations, alignment, professionalism, and if you were a good fit overall. It felt pretty fair.
I applied online via the website. The process started well, the recruiter was friendly. I went through 4 stages: phone screening, presentation prep, and then a 2nd & 3rd interview. I was invited to the final interview, but then I was ghosted without explanations. The final interview never happened. I expected a rejection but got silence. I only received a rejection after following up multiple times.
