Candidate-reported interview process
I had to take an online test that was about coding optimization and databases, and C# was required. Then I had a recruiter call and after that an interview about the questions on the exam. I don't have much C# experience so that might be a problem for me.
I applied on LinkedIn and got an invite to a 45-minute interview with the recruiter. We chatted about the job, my background, and they threw in some technical questions at the end, of which answers were recorded. One question was about the difference between clustered and non-clustered indexes. About a week later, I got an invite to an online assessment.
The interview process was quite pleasant. It started with a take-home assignment, followed by a recruiter call. After that, I had an on-site interview. This on-site involved discussions with a solution architect and a senior or lead engineer. We talked about potential tasks and how I might approach solving them, alongside some basic questions covering .NET, databases, and software architecture.
