Acumatica Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

I made it to the third round of interviews. The focus was heavily on puzzle questions, and I wasn't ready for them. I thought some puzzle explanations were hard to follow and didn't make much sense to me. Also, their strong accents made it tough to understand them sometimes. The other questions were vague, and I had to ask for more details a lot. It felt like the job was more for new grads because puzzle-solving seemed like the main thing they were looking for.

They have offices in the US and Canada. The interview starts with HR, then a technical person. If they're not interested, they might wrap it up in 15 minutes.

The HR person reached out about a BA role in Montreal and set up an interview. However, just 10 minutes before it was supposed to start, they asked for my resume again. Then, the interview was canceled a minute beforehand and rescheduled for Monday. I didn't hear back, and after I followed up, I got a generic rejection email. It was a very odd experience.
