The interview process was really well thought out and clear from the recruiter call to the last interview. My only suggestion is that sometimes there was a lack of communication between steps, making it difficult to know my standing. But I do appreciate that the team took the process seriously, showing their commitment to hiring quality candidates.
The HR Director contacted me directly for this role. The interview process included: a call with the HR Director, a coffee chat with the Regional MD, a call with the VP of Sales, and finally, a presentation to the Regional MD and VP Sales. All interactions were professional and efficient. The entire hiring process moved quickly, culminating in an offer five weeks after our initial conversation.
It was a long process, but overall a really good experience. I'm sharing my interview experience before knowing the final outcome, which I suspect will be a rejection, so my input isn't biased. The recruiter was super nice and always got back to me, sometimes taking a bit longer than I'd prefer, but usually within the same day or week. It's not a fast process, but I felt it was worth going through. Don't hesitate to ask them questions back to understand what they're looking for and what you're looking for. My main advice is to be ready for anything.
