Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process started out great. I had a recruiter phone screen, then two more phone interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a VP. There was at least a week between each interview, and everything seemed to go well. But then, nothing happened. I sent two emails to the manager and VP, and two to the recruiter, and even left a voicemail for the hiring manager, but got no reply. After investing over 10 hours and countless follow-ups, they couldn't even send a simple 'sorry we're going in a different direction.' It's the most unprofessional experience I've ever had, with no excuse for ghosting someone after multiple rounds. Poor management all around.

The interview process was pretty intensive, starting with a phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 4.5-hour in-person interview with 9 people. After that, there was a follow-up video interview with 1-2 people, and several more calls with HR. Finally, they extended an offer after a thorough background check and reference check. It was a lot, but totally worth it in the end. The team and HR were really welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great experience, and Maureen was great.

The whole process was pretty fast and smooth. First, I had a phone call with HR, then a 4-hour on-site interview. After that, I was given a design challenge to complete at home, which I then presented to the team over the phone.
