The office was really nice, and the people seemed passionate. My phone interview was a bit rough though. There were some delays, and the interviewer called 30 minutes late. They spoke really fast, and I got anxious because of the lateness and all the questions coming at me. Even though I did okay in the 1:1s, I felt like I totally messed up.
It was campus hiring. There were 3 rounds, 1 technical 1 managerial, 1 HR. In Technical they asked to solve 1 DSA easy-medium question and other technical questions on projects, OOPs orally. In managerial round they asked about SQL, situational questions and about my future plans.
There were 4 rounds in total. The 4th round was Assessment Tests with 40 questions. The 3rd round was with the team. The 2nd round was with managers from the U.S. The 1st round was with the hiring manager. The whole process took over 24 days because of holidays. I went through all the rounds, but after the last one, I didn't hear back from HR. It feels like I was ghosted. I was expecting at least an update on my interview status.
