Don't interview with Acquia if you value your time! After some starts and stops, I made it to the final round. I got good feedback from everyone, and HR said I'd hear back within a week. I sent thank-you notes and four follow-ups, but only heard back once to say they didn't know my status and would get back to me, which they didn't. They seem to have changed the job description online to look for a different skill set, which is understandable, but some common courtesy would have been nice! It was a frustrating experience that made me not want to work for a company that's otherwise highly recommended.
It was a long process, starting with a phone screen, then an in-person interview, and finally an onsite presentation to the leadership team. There was a lot of time between each step, and the recruiter was hard to reach. It felt very formal and had a high bar for a hands-on role. It took a lot of time and the procedure was unclear.
Super fast hiring process. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had two onsite visits, and each had 3-4 interviews. They asked typical questions about my past experience and how much I know about the industry. Honestly, everyone was really fair with their questions, and they were all super relevant to what the job description asked for. All the communication was quick too.
