Candidate-reported interview process
I had a face-to-face interview with the CFO, Paul, and another person. They were really nice and welcoming. It was about 20 minutes, and we talked about my past work and what I've accomplished. It felt positive, and they offered me the job, and we figured out a start date.
HR screened me first, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and after that I had conversations with some other folks in the org to see how I'd fit in with my future peers and other managers from different departments.
The whole process was resume-based. You need to know all the skills you put on your resume. Logic building is key. And you need to be able to explain your projects well.
