I had a phone screen first, then I talked to the PMO manager. They then set up a second interview with me. It was a really fast process and they made me an offer not too long after.
The process was good overall. I had a pre-screening interview, then one with the roles boss, and finally one with some managers at the company. During the final stages, there were some doubts about the contractual conditions in Colombia, but they were resolved.
There were three interviews in total. The first was with an HR rep to see if my experience matched the basic requirements. The second was with the hiring manager, who asked more detailed questions about my experience and general thinking, and also about how I would fit with the team. The third interview was with the hiring L2 manager, which was more of a chat to make sure no red flags were missed. Overall, the interviewers were nice and easy to talk to.
