ACI Worldwide Manager interviews, decoded.

Had a pretty standard interview with a recruiter. They mostly just went through my resume and talked about my past work experience. Nothing too crazy. Sadly, the recruiter then went silent and never replied to my follow-up email, which was kind of unprofessional.

The process was straightforward and rewarding. It was a discussion among professionals. I believe it's an excellent company with motivating and human managers. They are here to change and transform the industry, and this was evident during my interview. I recommend ACI following this hiring process.

Applied for this role in March and didn't hear back until mid-June. Had a phone screen with HR where I was asked to walk through my professional background. After I finished, the HR apologized for not reviewing my resume beforehand and said I lacked sufficient years of experience. I feel the HR should be more diligent in reviewing applications before calls to avoid wasting time and to better represent the organization.
