The interview questions were appropriate and good, looking for different careers for this job. The interview with human resources was fun, comfortable, and useful for the next phase. In the group assessment, the evaluators were interested in each presentation and asked questions related to the information, curious to see how the person developed their ideas and managed the situation.

Comecei com uma ligação do RH, onde falamos sobre minhas experiências, fiz um teste de inglês e também sobre minha motivação para entrar na empresa. A última etapa foi uma conversa com o gestor da área. O processo todo foi conduzido por telefone, e-mail e vídeo. Não fiz testes online.

We were given a technical assignment which included MCQs and a coding question. The test had no time limit and was done remotely on our own laptops. The MCQs covered technical topics like networking, OS, OOPs concepts, and data structures. The MCQs were easy.
