It was a really good and thorough interview. They asked a lot of questions about my previous skills and answered all of my questions. The medical benefits start after 30 days. They also asked some 'how would you handle' type questions.
I talked to HR first, then the hiring manager. It was a quick and easy process, and they were both very nice. It was mostly behavioral questions, asking about why ABM and my past projects and experiences.

Despite the role being technical, the discussion focused on stakeholder management, with the manager describing the team as challenging and mentioning some had started as window washers. The short interview duration and content suggested organizational drama.
