Candidate-reported interview process

I had a quick phone call with an HR recruiter first, then later that day I talked to the hiring manager about the job and the pay. We agreed on a salary, and then they moved forward with hiring me.

I had three phone calls. The first was a quick call with my recruiter to tell me about the job. About three weeks later, I had a second call with the HR employee. This call covered my past work history and the job's duties. Two weeks after that, I had a third call. This one wasn't with management, but with a sales associate in the department. It was really casual and relaxed. We mostly talked about the same stuff the HR person and I discussed.

I had a video call with someone from the company where we talked about my experience for the job. It was a nice chat and they shared info about the company.
