My interview with ABM was brief. They mainly inquired about my previous employment. I was self-employed, running a daycare from my home caring for children aged one to four. My responsibilities included teaching them numbers and colors, feeding them, bathing them, and managing their naps.
You get some training while you are there, them you take a test and you have to take a drug test too. Then you answer some more question on another paper.
I had an initial interview where they asked me about the job and my past experience. Then I met with the operations manager, who asked about my previous work history. After that, I was offered the job, completed a drug test, and started working.
