The hiring process was dynamic. I had video call interviews and the process felt humanized, with genuine interest in me as a professional and a person, rather than just standard tests.
I only had an interview with the area manager at the company's headquarters. The manager said that after that, he would send a technical test, but he ended up not sending it, which caused unnecessary anxiety. The company seemed very good to me, but HR is extremely disorganized.
I applied online and a few days later I was called for an interview at 99. There was a lot of delay regarding the scheduled time, which ends up generating more anxiety for the candidate. One of the managers was extremely friendly and understanding. The HR employee, however, seemed uninterested and impatient; her attitude bothered me during the interview. Some questions were very subjective and I was interrupted a few times, but overall, it was a fair process.
