Candidate-reported interview process

This is a great startup with a cool, casual atmosphere, unlike traditional companies. The interview was in two phases. First, I spoke with Juliana from HR and Nicolas from the MIS team. Second, I chatted with members of the Users Service Unit team, who are the main clients of the MIS team. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable being myself and discussing my experiences, skills, hobbies, dreams, and career goals. Everyone involved was very nice, as expected.

I really like 99's hiring process. Usually it's just interviews, about 3 most of the time. It's usually pretty fast and shows the company really cares about finding the right fit for the role, the manager, and the company overall. Of course, some roles need specific skills, but I don't think that's the only thing that matters for hiring.

First I had a chat with HR, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I did a case study that was fair and relevant to the job. They took a while to get back to me, but they did.
