The process involved a 1-hour interview with HR and another 1-hour interview with managers. The manager interview included a relatively simple SQL case on an online programming platform. Part of the HR interview was conducted in English.
Great process, really well-defined stages. Questions were relevant and evaluations were directly related to daily tasks. Both the HR person and the area interviewer were very professional.
It was a simple group dynamic, dealing with everyday company situations. And after that, an interview with everyone who passed, just talking about past jobs and future plans.
