You start with a take-home project to build a REST backend for a game, which is expected to take around 6 hours and likely will. Then, there's a one-hour technical interview to go over your take-home and discuss potential changes. The final stage involves two technical interviews (no coding), a 30-minute Q&A, and three behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit based on your past experiences.
