I applied through LinkedIn and the whole process took about 3 months. There were some delays towards the end where I didn't hear back for a while, but I eventually got an offer. The HR person was really great and helpful.
I got a take home assessment from the recruiter that took 9 hours to complete. They had some crazy expectations for candidates. The whole process took about 2 months.
The interview process included a drop token project, an initial project review, and a final round consisting of 2 technical rounds and 3 behavioral rounds, with 2 people in each round. Overall, it was a positive experience, and most people were nice, except for one technical round where an engineer asked questions non-stop for 60 minutes without considering my answers, which made it clear we wouldn't work together.
