I'll agree this was one of the worst interview processes I've experienced. It felt very scripted and orchestrated. One interviewer was outright rude, and only two people sounded positive. The rest were generally negative. If this is indicative of the company culture, I'm not interested.

During the phone screen, we just dug deeper into specific aspects of my past experience. I didn't feel the need to explain much, and the phone screeners seemed well-prepared.

Applied right before the holidays and got contacted by recruiting to set up an interview post-new year. First, I had a screening call with the recruiter. Then, round two was a writing assignment, followed by an interview to discuss it. After that, I was quickly set up for the final round, which was a multi-hour panel interview with future team members. They want to ensure you can do the job and fit the company culture, which is super important here.
