I had a phone chat with the recruiter, and they were really nice and patient, answering all my questions. The only thing I couldn't answer was about salary.
We'll start with a phone call for initial alignment, then an HR call. Later on, there will be an in-person meeting with the business unit, where you'll work on and present a case study about logistics issues.
The interview process was quite a letdown, as they didn't even properly review my CV. It felt like the hiring team wasn't sure about the profile they needed for the role, making me feel like my time was wasted. The HR person kept emphasizing that I should ask any questions I had, but it turned out to be disingenuous. Two weeks later, there was still no communication about the hiring decision, which was a really off-putting and arrogant experience.
