The HR person was not competent. She asked questions that were not relevant to the job. She even forgot that we had an interview scheduled. Then she got mad because I sent her a reminder. I would not suggest 4flow to anyone.
The hiring process took about 5 weeks. It was a really exciting process. It started with a video call interview with HR from Brazil. The first part was in Portuguese and the second part was in English. The following week, there was an in-person case study at the office in Campinas. This stage assesses how a candidate handles unexpected situations in logistics operations. The case study is entirely in English. The third stage involved an interview with a foreign manager from the area. Besides having a strong grasp of 'supply chain', excellent English communication skills are essential from the start.
Really nice interview. It had three stages: first, an English call with HR, then a case study, and a third call with a company employee. Loved it!
