The interview process was quite a letdown, as they didn't even properly review my CV. It felt like the hiring team wasn't sure about the profile they needed for the role, making me feel like my time was wasted. The HR person kept emphasizing that I should ask any questions I had, but it turned out to be disingenuous. Two weeks later, there was still no communication about the hiring decision, which was a really off-putting and arrogant experience.

So after I applied online, I had this initial phone call. Then, I did a video call with some managers. The third round involved some problem solving stuff, and the last interview was with a manager who is German.

Applied online first, then got a call from someone doing a pre-screen to set up the interview date and time. A phone interview was next. It was a classic phone call, no video. HR wasn't involved. I didn't advance to the next stage.
