Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is what you'd expect for a consulting role. The tasks and atmosphere were professional. The challenge was structured and focused on quantitative results and interpretation. The subsequent 'fit' interview was held in a pleasant atmosphere.

So first, I briefly presented my CV. Then there were follow-up questions about the CV, and I had to explain some of my past roles in more detail. After that, I talked about why I want to work at 4flow and got to ask some questions about the company.

It started with a standard resume walkthrough. Then, in the second interview, there was a short case study, and we had to give a short presentation on a topic beforehand. Overall, it was a very pleasant conversation. The case study was in Excel and logically very easy to manage.
