Fresh Graduate Program
So it was like one technical test and then 3 interviews. After passing the technical test they called me for the first interview, where they asked a lot of technical questions. Then there was a casual interview where I think they wanted to gauge any spark in the interviewee, and lastly was the interview for the human test.

The interview process was pretty long. They didn't give much feedback afterwards, which made it seem like they didn't really care about our time or how much effort we put in. If they did offer a job, the terms were really strict and there wasn't much room to negotiate. They barely talked about benefits, flexible work, or growing in the company.

Field Service Technician
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I submitted my resume and was asked about my availability for an interview in less than 24 hours. Then there was a long wait of almost 3 weeks, and I had to follow up. After interview 1, which went well, there was another wait. Following up again, I was told they weren't moving forward because the position was filled by someone who had worked there before. The same job was posted again a week later on LinkedIn. When I tried to apply, the website wouldn't let me since I had applied before. I contacted the recruiter, and less than 24 hours after the job was posted, they told me the position was down to 2 candidates and I couldn't reapply because I wasn't accepted previously. I would never apply or recommend this company due to such unprofessionalism.

Sales Recruiter
This was by far the WORST interview experience I've had. I went through SIX different interview rounds after they initially reached out. I mostly had to follow up to get the next round scheduled, talking to someone new every couple of weeks. After each interview, I was told feedback was great and they wanted me to talk to yet ANOTHER person. For a recruiting role, 6 interviews is crazy, especially since everyone kept saying positive things. Then came the sixth and final interview, which was the worst. I felt talked down to and like I didn't know what I was talking about, even after passing 5 rounds successfully. The interviewer was condescending and rude, and not even someone I would report to or the decision-maker. Because of this LAST interview, after TWO MONTHS of successfully interviewing, I didn't get the job. It's wild that someone not even the HM made that call when I was told I was ready for an offer before that round. It was horrible, WAY too long, and the worst for a recruiter position. I proved myself 5 other times. Not sure why this final round after 2 months was the deciding factor. I was also told I could be referred to other recruiters because I was liked, but when I followed up, I never got a response (typical pattern). Other than that last interview, everyone else was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Sad.
