Account Executive
They have a fast and effective process for hiring AEs. There was only one interview and a phone call. The placement and flow of the interview were effective overall. Not too many people to track or keep in order.
- Teach us something new.
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a phone call, then a 1:1 in-person meeting with HR. After that, if you passed, you had to do some online tests for basic math and business skills. Once those were done, there was a final evaluation which was a simulated sales call, and they give you instructions on how to do it. After everything, if they offer you the job, you go into a big training program for tech knowledge and sales stuff.
- Why do you think you're the right fit for this role?
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty typical for an Account Executive role. After applying, I heard back from a recruiter who I spoke with for about 15-20 minutes about the job and my background. Then, I was passed along to the regional hiring manager. The hiring manager or recruiter will likely go over your resume and experience, as well as your knowledge of the technology and the specific territory.
- Tell me about your experience working in this territory and the types of customer accounts you've managed.
