It was an easy, straightforward interview process. The managers asked typical questions for project manager duties. We discussed past projects and what I did, supply chain company questions and past integrations. They also asked about estimation of project initiatives and experience with Sales teams.

I got contacted by the recruiter a month after I applied. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was supposed to have a WebEx interview with the SVP. When the interview day came, I was the first one logged in, but the SVP never showed up for 30 minutes. I contacted the recruiter. They rescheduled a phone interview because the WebEx clearly didn't work out. On the rescheduled phone interview day, the SVP didn't call. I reached out to the recruiter again and was told the SVP was in an emergency meeting. Later, the recruiter emailed me to say they decided to hire someone internally for the role. My overall feeling about the company is bad, even though the recruiter was nice, flexible, and helped test the WebEx. It seems like the company is disorganized and chaotic. A weird coincidence, a few days later, two of my email accounts were temporarily suspended because someone was using them to send a lot of spam.
