So, the interview process had four parts. First was an aptitude test, which had easy questions, and you needed at least 50% to pass. Then, there was an HR round where they asked about salary expectations and any internship experience. After that, a technical round came up, asking about oops concepts and my knowledge of d365. Lastly, a final interview, which was more personal, covering family background and other general questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really well put together and professional. There were a few different stages where I met with people from HR and also from the business team. They asked me questions about my background, my past experience, how I approach problems, and if I'd be a good fit for the company culture.

Had a virtual interview scheduled by email with a recruiter from Georgia, but they never sent a meeting invite. The salary range dropped significantly a day after they contacted me. I completed a questionnaire to see if I'm a "yes man" - it was well-written. They responded to earlier messages but then went silent when I followed up. The hiring manager was too busy with a conference to interview me. It was a waste of time and unprofessional, with emojis all over the HR emails. This seems common for the Georgia office, based on reviews.
