First up, there's this computer-based test that checks your technical skills, how you analyze stuff, and your logical reasoning. After that, you'll have an online interview where they look at your communication skills, how much you know about the field, your critical thinking, your attitude, and basically if you're a good fit for the program or role.

It was pretty straightforward, with just one round. They asked some basic technical stuff and about my previous work. There were also some questions focused on mortgages. They were checking out my communication skills.

Applied through the website, got a test link and completed it. No response. Applied again after 4 months, got another test link. Posted about this on LinkedIn, and surprisingly got a call from HR saying I cleared the assessment and an interview was scheduled. The interview was a basic screening round, and they would decide later if they'd proceed. Two days later, I got rejected. I think they only contacted me because of my LinkedIn post to avoid negative feedback, even though they said they had hired enough people and weren't recruiting. It felt like HR just screens and rejects candidates intentionally. I'm sure I passed the first assessment, but they didn't even bother to check or reply until my LinkedIn post prompted them, purely to save their reputation.
