I interviewed for the IT Security role at Ant International and it was a really bad experience. The hiring manager was unprofessional and said rude and discriminatory things. I felt my experience was dismissed and the manager was condescending. They made a biased comment that made me question their diversity and inclusion. It was uncomfortable and showed a lack of professional standards. Everyone deserves respect. It was disappointing given the company's size and reputation. I hope they improve their process to be respectful and impartial.

Behavioral Technical

The interview experience was very disappointing due to several unprofessional aspects. The manager was 17 minutes late without any notice or apology, which set a negative tone for the rest of the conversation. During the interview, the manager was unwilling to share basic information about the role or other support systems the company offers. Instead, the focus was solely on how much revenue I could straightly bring to the company. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism in this interview made me question whether WF values its potential employees.

Behavioral Presentation

I had 4 interviews for this role. I come from the industry and applied for a different role from my current one, but I know the target market and the job. After 4 interviews and a powerpoint presentation, they decided not to continue because I had never covered the role. My question is why go ahead with an interview when you already know that my experience is different? Why waste both of our time. However, they said they had found another person for this role who was a better fit with the job description, but the next day they advertised the job again. I don't understand why tease people instead of giving constructive feedback? Waste of time
