The interview process was really relaxed and I enjoyed it. My interviewer made it fun! She was also very thorough. It was a video call with the hiring manager. She discussed all the pay, benefits, and the details of the industry. I was even offered the job during the interview. Getting hired was very simple.

The hiring process was really simple. I had to answer some questions and complete some paperwork. Then, I had a virtual interview and was offered the position right after. It was an easy process, but the wait time for training to start was quite long, around 3-4 weeks.

Right after submitting an online application, you have to take a personality and skills test. The skills test was really well made and checks how you can handle data transactions and search tasks in their own computer program. After a quick tutorial, you'll listen to recorded customers and have to respond. If you pass that, you'll get an interview to talk about the travel sales job. They'll focus on the first six weeks of training, the required work schedule (weekdays and weekends), the starting pay of $8.00/hour, and if you can work 32-45 hours a week from home. They also did a role-play where I had to sell a vacation to the interviewer. Then, there's a second phone interview with a manager.
