The hiring process was really simple. I had to answer some questions and complete some paperwork. Then, I had a virtual interview and was offered the position right after. It was an easy process, but the wait time for training to start was quite long, around 3-4 weeks.

First there was a phone screen, then a timed written test. After that, a full phone interview followed. It's a sales job so they're looking for consultative sales techniques, and there was a lot of role-playing during the phone interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. After submitting my application, I completed some assessment tests. Then, I spoke with what I think were two different managers over the phone and via Zoom. The questions asked were standard and not unusual.
