Associate Product Manager
Had an HR call first, then went through two more rounds. The HR person seemed a bit confused. After I passed round 1, they asked about my notice period and seemed surprised. Haven't they check that before? Round 1 went okay, but in round 2, the interviewer didn't even bother to turn on their camera or be welcoming. I didn't expect such rude behavior from a senior PM.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you explain RCA?
- How is your product sense?
Software Engineer
My overall experience with the interview rounds gets 5 stars. After a call with the recruiter, you may be given an assignment to work on. You'll have one week to complete it, but the actual work can be done in 1 day. If other engineers are happy with your work, you'll be invited for a technical screening with 2 other engineers separately. After passing these, there's a final round with the CEO of the company to assess the overall fit. I don't recall any other company giving feedback so fast. It took only a matter of hours to receive the outcome after the technical rounds and after the final round with the CEO. Since this is a remote position, the whole interview was conducted remotely.
- We spent the entire hour discussing Angular because I applied for a frontend position that requires this knowledge.
- In one technical round, we tested my problem-solving skills by coding into notepad: Given array A of numbers and number n, print all pairs of elements of A that sum to n.
- The other problem needed the application of DFS or BFS.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It had 5 rounds with different team members. First, a recruiter set up an initial interview with a team manager. Then, over the next two weeks, I talked with 4 other people, including other BDRs, a VP, a Director, and an Account Manager. All the interviews were over Zoom and each lasted about 30 minutes. They asked open-ended questions without any tricky 'gotcha' moments. After the interviews, I was told I'd hear back in a few weeks about an offer. I followed up after a week and they said I'd get an offer by Monday. HR contacted me on Monday with a written offer, which I signed. The whole process took about 3 weeks, and HR was really communicative.
- How do you tackle various market segments, and how does research factor into your outreach strategy?
- What draws you to a career in sales or prospecting?
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
Cloud Operations Engineer
First I had a chat with the Global recruiter who explained everything about the job and how the interviews would go. Then, there were 2 technical interviews, one was a coding interview using screen share and the other one was about DevOps along with coding. Both were done over a video call. Even though I was nervous and got stuck a bit, the interviewer was really nice and helpful. The Global Recruiter also helped me a lot by guiding me through everything. It was a smooth process.
- Can you describe a problem you encountered while deploying a web application and how you solved it?
