Behavioral Technical Case

The process started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Then there was a technical screen and an onsite interview. The interviewers asked questions related to the job posting. For example, they asked about how I would scale support capacity by 50% in 6 months without a proportional headcount increase, expecting answers that involve automation, process optimization, AI tools, and cross-training. They also asked how I align support operations with broader company goals such as NPS, churn reduction, and revenue retention, requesting a specific example that ties call data insights to client renewals or upsells.

The interview process was quick and painless. I had a great conversation with the manager and was able to move through rather quickly. The interview took three calls but were consolidated into a two week process.

Behavioral Presentation

So I had a phone screening with the hiring manager first. Then they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with two marketing folks individually. It was pretty obvious they hadn't even looked at my resume and I was only there because HR set it up. They didn't think I was qualified and my past work wasn't relevant. The person I'd report to was totally winging it, like the interview was a surprise, and couldn't think of questions. I asked about how they run things and their process, and got told "that's what we'd want you to do" multiple times. Makes me wonder if it's total chaos. Her boss was nicer, but also not impressed. Even though it wasn't a fit, they asked for writing samples, which was weird. I figured I didn't have a chance, but I sent them anyway. Surprise, surprise, I didn't get the job.

I applied on their website and then got sent a link to take an online assessment and an oral assessment. They were pretty simple. The company warned that there are many applicants and it could take weeks or months to hear back. I got an email accepting me about two months later. Then you get to pick from a few at home agent jobs they have openings for and apply to one you like. I applied and the next day got a call for a phone interview. The interviewer was on time and we talked for about 30 minutes. The questions were relevant and she was nice and answered all my questions. The next day I got an offer letter and a training schedule. So far, Working Solutions has been professional and positive. My 2 week training starts in two weeks and I'm excited!
