First, you submit your application online. You'll then get an email with a link to do a short test, like recording yourself handling a customer call. If you pass that, you'll get another email to set up a live phone interview. If that goes well, you'll wait for a project that fits your skills. They'll email you an offer for the project. You then email back if you accept or decline. If you accept, they'll email you a training schedule. Training is mostly live online, with extra stuff by email, quizzes, or on Blackboard. After training, there's a 'nesting' period where you're supervised and can ask lots of questions. Once nesting and any evaluations are done, you start as an agent.

The interviewer was a bit late, which was apologized for, but they were very professional and friendly. They emphasized the importance of sticking to a work schedule, which I found a bit ironic given their tardiness. The questions were pretty basic, making the interview feel easy and comfortable. After the first couple of questions, I felt much more relaxed and it was smooth sailing from there. Kudos to the interviewer for making it such a pleasant experience!
