Team Leader

This round is usually a video call where the recruiter wants to know about your background, skills, and if you're interested in the job. They might ask about your education, work history, and why you want to work at WNS. It's also your chance to ask about the role and the company.

Medical Coder
The interview process included an assessment round and a technical round, followed by an HR round. It was neither too tough nor too easy, but good preparation is recommended. Communication skills are also evaluated during the interview. A life science degree is required for medical coding. If you don't have the degree, they might terminate your employment suddenly without prior notice after you join, even though they don't check this during the initial interview. If terminated, they will give you two months' salary and keep you under redeployment, with salary credited like a pension scheme.
- Can you introduce yourself and state your years of experience?
