First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wns Global Services.
Customer Service Agent
The interview process is well-structured and fair, providing a good way for both sides to learn about each other. It starts with clear communication about what to expect and the timeline. Then, they ask questions that really relate to the job and help figure out your skills, experience, and if you'd fit in. They make sure the process is the same for everyone to be fair. They're good with time, keeping things on schedule. Plus, they aim for diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has a fair shot and there aren't any biases. It's a positive experience overall, helping the company find the right people and giving candidates a transparent process.
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a very angry customer. What was the scenario, how did you manage it, and what was the result?
Customer Service Representative
The interview round was great. The personal interview had many questions covering forecasting, details about the process, and some information on the company. It was a great experience at wns which enhanced my skills. It's a great company to work for with great benefits and an interesting industry.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- Can you tell me about your understanding of forecasting?
- What is your perspective on the hiring process?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was pretty smooth overall, although it did take up a lot of time. It was a one-day hiring process, which is not bad. They were very considerate in allowing people who didn't pass to be considered for other accounts. A slight con was that the HR staff were very chatty with each other, and their interactions took up a lot of time. Also, there weren't enough chairs for all the applicants.
- What made you decide to apply to this particular company?
