The interview process is well-structured and fair, providing a good way for both sides to learn about each other. It starts with clear communication about what to expect and the timeline. Then, they ask questions that really relate to the job and help figure out your skills, experience, and if you'd fit in. They make sure the process is the same for everyone to be fair. They're good with time, keeping things on schedule. Plus, they aim for diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has a fair shot and there aren't any biases. The hiring process was pretty smooth overall, although it did take up a lot of time. It was a one-day hiring process, which is not bad. They were very considerate in allowing people who didn't pass to be considered for other accounts. A slight con was that the HR staff were very chatty with each other, and their interactions took up a lot of time. Also, there weren't enough chairs for all the applicants.
