Management Trainee
So the process started with an aptitude round, you can do it at your own pace. After clearing that, the selected candidates had a technical round in the office at Gurugram, Haryana. This technical round was conducted by the deputy manager at WNS.

Had a good mix of questions about the industry and my personality. They wanted to know about my travel industry understanding, particularly back-office aspects. Also asked about my contact center experience with cargo and business travel. Discussed my reasons for looking to switch and what I see myself doing in the next 5 years.

It was a pretty standard interview process, mostly covering questions about team management and accounting reviews. It wasn't overly difficult; if you know your stuff, it's a breeze.
