First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WinWire Technologies.
Enterprise Architect
My interview experience with WinWire Technologies for the Enterprise Architect role was really bad, showing some big problems in how they hire. After I finished the interview, HR told me I didn't get the job because I lacked application development experience. This was weird since my background doesn't involve hands-on development, making me wonder if they even looked at my profile before setting up the interview. When I asked about it, they changed their story after a few hours, saying the first reason was a mistake for another candidate. In the end, I got a standard rejection saying I didn't meet their needs. This just shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication between HR and the interviewers, and a disorganized screening process. People spend a lot of time and effort getting ready for interviews, and this kind of mess-up is not okay. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience overall.

Software Design Engineer
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. First, there was an OA with basic aptitude questions. Then, a group discussion for about 20 min on a topic about AI. Next, a technical interview mostly based on resume and core CS concepts. Lastly, an HR interview where they asked about me as a person, my strengths, adaptability, and questions to judge how well I knew the company.

- Can you write an SQL query?
Azure Data Engineer
There were 4 rounds in total for this interview, which included a written test, a group discussion (GD), a technical interview, and an HR interview. The interview took place at my college and was considered easy. They mainly asked about my projects and some basic coding questions. Having knowledge in Generative AI (Gen AI) was noted as an advantage.
- Were there any aptitude questions for the written test?
- Can you tell me about your projects?
- Could you write a star pattern program?
Software Design Trainee
The interview process was really smooth and easy. The first round was aptitude, covering basic aptitude concepts. The second round was an interview focusing on basics, communication skills, and some project-related questions. However, I don't understand what happened with WinWire Technologies; they rescinded the offer letter they had sent us a year ago. Messing with students' lives won't bring you success @WinWire Technologies. If you didn't even have a project or requirements, why did you hire us in the first place!
- Can you explain your project?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
