Project Manager
It was the best interview experience I've ever had in my 13+ years of experience. It was smooth and efficient. Feedback was given quickly. The recruiting team was very professional and approachable.
- Could you describe a time a project you were managing didn't go as planned and what happened?
Senior Project Manager
The HR person and interviewer were on time, and it was well set up. The process was good and went smoothly. The questions asked were only job-related. The HR interview also had job-related questions.
- Questions were related to the job.
- HR interview questions were very relevant to the job.
Project Manager
I got a call from HR who asked basic questions and set up the first round, a telephonic interview. A Senior Project Manager spoke with me for an hour, and it seemed to go well. A week later, I went to their Bangalore office for the next stages. Two Engagement Managers interviewed me for an hour in the second round; they seemed happy. Right after a short break, I had a 45-minute third round with a Director of Delivery, who also seemed pleased. The next day, HR mentioned a call with the CTO, but then said it wasn't needed and set up the final HR round, after which they sent an offer. The whole experience was great and very smooth, with a responsive HR person. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and understanding, never pushing on areas I hadn't worked in like Pre-Sales or MPP. They focused on my experience, asking scenario-based questions that required justifying my answers, which I liked as it shows real management ability rather than just theory. I found them to be an open and agile company.
- Mostly realist scenario based questions on situations where you have to think and justify your view.
- Be honest with the interviewers here, do not try to pretend or make some stories.
- Tell openly what you have done.
