I am so disappointed. I started applying to Willow Bridge back in February and it’s now June. After 4 interviews, I haven’t heard anything back. I am completely qualified for the position, and have been told this by property managers, but still nothing. What gets me the most is that I have never once received a rejection. After 4 interviews and hearing things like “this is great! We’ll be in touch by the end of the week!”, I just get ghosted. Willow Bridge has zero respect for the time and effort their applicants put into the process. Even an automated rejection email would be better than silence. Do better.

So, first I had a video call with the recruiter where they checked my experience and told me about the job. After that, I got moved to the next stage and had another video call, this time with the hiring manager. It was a pretty chill chat, mostly asking about behavioral scenarios. The manager mentioned they wanted to decide quickly and would get back to me in about two weeks. The main issue was that even after I sent thank you and status update emails, I heard nothing back. It felt like they didn't value my time at all and weren't very responsive.

I had a phone interview about a month after applying. The interview consisted of the interviewer mostly talking about the job and mentioning she hadn't done interviews in eight years. I mostly listened to her describe the role and had very few questions to answer. Then, I had an in-person interview where I walked in and the office was really messy, and she had trouble finding my resume. Throughout the interview, she complained about being hungry. I asked if she wanted to reschedule so she could eat, but she said the interview was fine. She spent the entire time talking about how hard the job was and that she personally couldn't do it. I tried to speak, but she kept talking over me. I found her unprofessional, and I think the position will be difficult given the messy office environment. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here. Also, they don't plow their parking lot, and it gets very icy.
