After applying, I was contacted the next day to schedule an interview for the following day. After interviewing, I was extended 2 assessments. One was an English assessment with 40 questions. The other was a personality assessment followed by a math test with statistics, charts, and graph data. Once completed, I scored very high and was extended a conditional offer. Harver was used for reference checks. An offer letter was extended. A urine drug screening and background check were initiated.

I got a voicemail asking if I wanted to interview for an Assistant Manager position. When I called back, I spoke with a staff member who was unprofessional and seemed to have an attitude. They kept shouting across the room to talk to the hiring manager while we were on the phone. This person asked if I could interview the following week, but didn't provide any details about the date, time, or format (phone, video, or in-person). I had to explicitly ask for this information. The staff member put me on hold and then continued to shout out my questions to someone else. When I asked if I'd receive an email confirmation or if there was an email address I could use, they said 'Uhh no. Just show up.' I still had to ask for the location. This whole conversation was appalling, and it confirmed the negative online reviews about the company's unprofessionalism. I connected with former employees who advised me to withdraw my application. Given the disorganization of the initial interview, I couldn't imagine working there. I hope the corporate office can improve this process.

I applied online for the position - I picked a few locations that were my interest because I know each location is a different regional and your resume might get overlooked by one. There was a personality test during the application. Then once your resume is viewed, they will send you another test to take before they call for a meeting. It took me a few weeks before I received a call from the regional of the property that was available. I went to see her before I headed to work and went back for the second interview the same day. The next business day is when I received the offer letter.
